Tolling in California
The California Toll Operators Committee (CTOC) is a collaborative organization composed of California’s toll facility operators/owners. Below are the CTOC member agencies that operate the state’s tolled bridges, express lanes and roads. Each year, the agencies proudly serve over six million FasTrak® accountholders and process millions of transactions.
FasTrak is the electronic toll collection technology used by all tolling agencies in California. It’s the easiest and preferred way to pay – and in some cases, it’s the only way to pay.
If you are looking to sign up for a FasTrak account, please do so with the agency that operates the bridge, express lane or road you will use most because each tolling agency has its own rules and minimum requirements. Your account, regardless of which toll agency your account is with, can be used to pay tolls everywhere in California.
